Studio Caramel is a furniture design studio based between Beirut and Paris. Elie Bassil Co-founded the company with designer Ramy Bou Shdid. The studio was born from friendship and a shared passion for art, craftsmanship, and conviviality.
Our signature pieces, particularly our bar carts and hospitality furniture, blend nostalgia with modern sophistication. Each design reinterprets the warmth of Lebanese hospitality through refined materials, soft lines, and timeless silhouettes.
As strategists, we oversee the studio’s global development, creative direction, and partnerships with renowned brands such as Baccarat, Lamborghini, Soho House, and St. Regis Hotels. My role bridges design and business, building a brand that celebrates generosity, artistry, and a sense of belonging.
